Commitment
Accessibility
Fashion Now is building for everyone who needs a purchase to arrive today. Accessibility is treated as part of the product, not a retrofit.
Effective August 2026 · Fashion Now LLC
Our approach
We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working standard. We have not completed a third-party conformance audit, and we do not claim certification. Known gaps are tracked and prioritized alongside product work.
What we build for
- Semantic structure and a single clear heading hierarchy per page.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, forms, and portal workflows.
- Visible focus states and adequate colour contrast in our black, white, and red palette.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and iconography.
- Responsive layouts that work at mobile sizes and with increased text size.
- Motion kept subtle and non-essential to understanding a page.
Third-party experiences
Merchandise browsing and checkout happen on the participating retailer's own website. Those experiences are controlled by the retailer, and we encourage retailers to meet the same standard.
Report a barrier
If something on fashionnow.net or in a Fashion Now portal is hard to use, tell us what page and what happened at Accessibility@fashionnow.net. We aim to respond within two business days.
