Driver requirements
Built for professional drivers.
The Houston and Chicago pilot is deliberately selective. Every driver is reviewed and approved by the Fashion Now operations team.
- 21 years or older.
- Valid Texas (or transferable) driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle in good condition — car, SUV, or small truck.
- Current auto insurance meeting Texas minimums.
- Smartphone with data plan (iOS or Android).
- Clean driving record and successful background check.
- Professional presentation — you are the retailer's brand at the door.
Fashion Now runs a background check and reviews driving history for every applicant. Your safety, our retailers' merchandise, and our customers' trust all depend on it.

How is this different from food or gig delivery?+
Fashion Now moves premium fashion between curated boutiques and their customers. Fewer, higher-value stops. You're a brand ambassador — not a stack-runner.
How much can I earn?+
Pilot pay is a flat per-delivery rate visible before you accept. Final pilot economics for Houston and Chicago are shared during onboarding. Earnings run live in the driver portal.
Do I use my own car?+
Yes. Personal vehicle, personal insurance. During the pilot we're prioritizing dependable, presentable cars, SUVs, and small trucks.
When do I get paid?+
Pilot payouts are batched weekly. The driver portal shows delivery history and running earnings so nothing is a mystery.
Is this employment?+
No. Fashion Now driver partners are independent contractors during the Houston and Chicago pilot.
How do I get accepted?+
Submit the application on this page. Our operations team reviews every driver individually. Approved drivers receive an emailed invitation to the driver portal.
