By using this website or a Fashion Now account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Fashion Now is a technology platform that coordinates same-day delivery for participating fashion retailers. Fashion Now does not sell merchandise, does not own retailer inventory, and is not the merchant of record for merchandise. Your purchase contract for merchandise is with the retailer.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for the security of your credentials. Retailer and driver portal access is granted by Fashion Now operations and may be suspended or revoked. Accounts must not be shared.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing use.
• No interference with, probing of, or unauthorized access to the platform.
• No scraping, resale, or misrepresentation of Fashion Now services or data.

Fashion Now is preparing for a controlled commercial launch. Features described on this website may be available, in pilot, or planned, and availability can vary by market, retailer, address, and time of day. Same-day delivery is not universally available.

The Fashion Now name, logo, site content, and platform are owned by Fashion Now LLC. Retailer names and marks belong to their owners and appear only where authorized.

The website and platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fashion Now disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
