The question we hear most

Who owns the customer?

The retailer. The retailer owns the customer relationship, the brand, and the transaction. Fashion Now powers the technology behind the same-day channel — inventory integration, routing, dispatch, tracking, notifications, and payment orchestration — and processes data strictly on the retailer's behalf under contract.

Shoppers

What is Fashion Now?+

Fashion Now is a same-day fashion fulfilment platform. You shop and pay at a participating local retailer, and where Fashion Now delivery is offered, an approved driver brings your purchase to you the same day.

Do I buy from Fashion Now?+

No. The retailer sells you the merchandise and remains the merchant of record. Fashion Now handles the delivery side of that order.

Can I use Fashion Now today?+

Not yet. We are preparing a controlled launch in Houston with participating retailers. Add your email for launch updates and we will tell you the moment delivery opens in your city.

Is same-day delivery always available?+

No. It is offered where it is serviceable — which depends on the retailer, store hours, your address, distance, cut-off times, and driver availability.

Retailers

Who can join the network?+

Fashion retailers with a physical storefront in a Fashion Now market, a curated assortment, an online presence or POS we can integrate with, and the capacity to prepare same-day orders during store hours.

Does Fashion Now compete with my store?+

No. You keep the merchandise, inventory control, merchandise pricing, your brand, the sale, and the customer relationship. Fashion Now coordinates the delivery.

What does the retailer portal do?+

It shows incoming delivery orders, supports acceptance and preparation, confirms driver handoff, and gives you delivery visibility. Analytics reporting is on the roadmap.

How do I apply?+

Use the application form on the For retailers page, or email Retailers@fashionnow.net. We review every application and reply within two business days.

Are your benefits proven?+

Fashion Now is designed to enable a same-day channel from existing inventory. The Houston pilot will measure the operational and commercial results. We do not claim validated conversion, revenue, or retention outcomes.

Drivers

How do I become a Fashion Now driver?+

Apply through the For drivers page. Applications are screened and approved by Fashion Now operations before a driver account is activated — access is invitation-only after approval.

How does a delivery work?+

Approved and available drivers receive delivery opportunities, accept one, pick up the prepared order at the store, deliver it, and confirm completion with delivery proof in the driver app. Each completed delivery is recorded in your earnings record.

Are hours or earnings guaranteed?+

No. Fashion Now does not guarantee income, order volume, hours, or schedules. Delivery opportunities depend on real demand in your market.

Am I an employee?+

No. Fashion Now driver partners are independent and are not employees of Fashion Now or of the retailer.

Delivery

How fast is delivery?+

Same-day where offered. Timing depends on store preparation, distance, traffic, and driver availability. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

What can be delivered?+

Fashion merchandise from participating retailers — apparel, footwear, and accessories. Hazardous, perishable, oversized, or otherwise unsuitable items are out of scope.

Who delivers my order?+

A screened and approved Fashion Now driver partner, dispatched by the platform for that specific order.

Pricing

What does delivery cost?+

Same-day delivery starts around $14.99 where offered. Your exact delivery amount is quoted at the retailer's checkout before you buy.

Can the price change after I order?+

No. The amount shown at checkout is the amount authorized for that delivery unless you explicitly approve a change.

What affects the quote?+

Market, store and delivery location, route distance, expected travel time, and the service level selected. Houston launches on a transparent rate-card model.

Is there a retailer sign-on fee?+

There is no published universal sign-on fee. Implementation terms are scoped to your commerce platform, store count, and support needs, and agreed in writing.

Tracking

How do I track my delivery?+

Sign in to your Fashion Now account to see delivery status and available tracking information for orders placed with participating retailers.

Will I get notifications?+

Yes — status updates are sent as they become available for your delivery.

My tracking looks wrong. What now?+

Email Support@fashionnow.net with your retailer order reference and we will investigate against the delivery record.

Returns

Who handles returns and exchanges?+

The retailer. Return windows, exchanges, and refunds follow the retailer's own published policy, because the retailer sold you the merchandise.

Is the delivery charge refundable?+

For a completed delivery, that is determined by the retailer's policy. Where a delivery is not performed, the delivery amount is not retained for it.

Do you pick up returns?+

Return pickup is planned, not live. It is not offered during the current launch phase.

Payments

Who charges my card?+

The retailer, through its own checkout and payment processor. Merchandise, applicable taxes, and the Fashion Now delivery amount are collected in that single transaction.

How does Fashion Now get paid?+

The retailer collects the customer transaction while Fashion Now manages the delivery-side fulfilment and economics. The delivery amount is allocated through the integrated payment workflow.

How fast is settlement to retailers?+

Settlement timing depends on the retailer's payment processor, integration, and commercial agreement. We do not promise instant settlement.

Launch markets

Where is Fashion Now launching first?+

Houston, TX is our primary proof market. Houston validates retailer activation, customer demand, driver supply, service levels, and delivery economics.

What about Chicago?+

Chicago is the planned replication market. Houston proves the operating model; Chicago tests whether it travels. The platform is configured for both markets, which is not the same as being commercially live in both.

Which retailers are live?+

We publish a retailer only once it is commercially approved and live. Until then the network page shows a pre-launch state rather than manufactured partnerships.

Will you expand beyond these cities?+

That is the intent, and the platform is built market-by-market for it. Any new market will be announced when it is real.

Accounts

Do I need an account to track a delivery?+

Yes. A Fashion Now customer account lets you see your deliveries, addresses, and notification preferences in one place.

How do retailer and driver accounts work?+

Retailer and driver access is invitation-only. Accounts are activated after Fashion Now operations approves the application.

I can't sign in.+

Use the password reset link on the sign-in page. If that does not resolve it, email Support@fashionnow.net.

Support

Who do I contact about merchandise?+

The retailer you purchased from — they own the merchandise relationship.

Who do I contact about a delivery?+

Fashion Now, at Support@fashionnow.net. Delivery scope is set out in our Delivery Service Terms.

How do partnership, technology, media, or corporate enquiries reach you?+

The contact page routes each of those to a dedicated Fashion Now inbox, and every submission is recorded for our operations team.
