Privacy Policy

Fashion Now LLC provides same-day delivery orchestration technology for participating fashion retailers. Fashion Now is not the merchant of record for retailer merchandise. When you buy from a participating retailer, that retailer is the seller and maintains its own privacy practices for the merchandise transaction.

• Delivery information — recipient name, delivery address, contact details, delivery instructions, and order reference passed to us by the participating retailer to complete a delivery.
• Account information — if you create a Fashion Now account to track deliveries: email, name, phone, saved addresses, and notification preferences.
• Driver partner information — application details, vehicle and licensing information, delivery activity, and location while on-shift for the purpose of dispatch and delivery visibility.
• Retailer information — business contact details, store locations, integration configuration, and delivery activity.
• Technical information — device, browser, and log data used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the platform.

To create and coordinate deliveries, quote delivery serviceability and pricing, match deliveries to eligible drivers, provide tracking and status communication, support customers, retailers and drivers, reconcile delivery-side economics, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the service.

The participating retailer collects the customer transaction through its own commerce and payment environment. Fashion Now does not collect or store customer card numbers. We receive confirmation of a successful payment event and the delivery details required to fulfil the delivery.

• With the participating retailer for the order you placed.
• With the assigned driver partner — limited to the information needed to complete the pickup and delivery.
• With service providers who operate infrastructure on our behalf (hosting, database, email, mapping, payments-adjacent processing) under contract.
• Where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

We keep delivery and account records for as long as needed to operate the service, support disputes and returns, and satisfy legal, accounting, and audit obligations, and then delete or de-identify them.

You can update your account details and notification preferences in your Fashion Now account, and you may request access to or deletion of your Fashion Now delivery-side information by writing to Privacy@fashionnow.net. Requests about a merchandise purchase should also be directed to the retailer that sold the item.

Fashion Now is not directed to children under 13.
